Niagara College serves over 9,000 full-time students on their 3 campuses in Southern Ontario at Welland, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Niagara Falls.

Niagara College's  office offers a range of  financial assistance which consists of merit-based scholarships, need-based bursaries, and awards based on academic achievement. Residence and Housing

On-Campus Housing

Niagara College’s  offers apartment style accommodations for students at the Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake campuses. Residence allocation operates on a lottery system with students being added to a waiting list if not initially accepted. Each apartment unit includes 2 private bedrooms, a shared washroom and a shared kitchenette. Building amenities include:

  • Common lounges
  • Common study rooms
  • Common kitchens
  • Access to a front desk
  • Maintenance
  • Laundry facilities

All rooms in residence come furnished and include internet access and local telephone service. Residence rates vary depending on the year, and payment plans are available.  are optional and can be purchased separately if desired.

To access appropriate accommodations and support in residence, students with special requirements must complete a Request for Special Consideration form, during the residence application process.

Niagara Transit

 is comprised of buses. Full-time students at Niagara College do not receive a bus pass included in their tuition.  are provided for each of Niagara Transit buses. Niagara Transit conventional buses offer priority seating at the front of the bus for persons with disabilities.

The  provides curb-to-curb transportation by appointment only for persons who are unable to use conventional transit due to physical, visual and cognitive challenges. Persons who require an attendant to travel with them, are able to have the attendant to travel free of charge.
