Residence and Housing

On-Campus Housing

The University of Toronto Mississauga Campus’  offers traditional, townhouse, and suite-style accommodations. Residence is guaranteed to all incoming first-year students if they apply by the given deadline. Traditional-style residence units consists of 2 private bedrooms with a shared washroom. Townhouse-style accommodations consist of 4 single or double occupancy bedrooms, shared washrooms, a shared kitchen and shared living space. Suite-style residences consist of 4 double occupancy bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living and dining space. All building include the folllowing amenities:

  • Common lounges
  • Common kitchens (traditional style only)
  • Study areas
  • Access to a front desk
  • Maintenance
  • Laundry facilities

All residence rooms are furnished, and include internet access and local telephone services. Residence rates vary depending on building and room selection.  are mandatory and operate on a declining balance system of basic and flex dining dollars. Several different styles of meal plan are available.

The  is comprised of buses. Students at the University of Toronto Mississauga receive a bus pass called the , which provides unlimited access to MiWay transit, included in their tuition. MiWay offers  for each of their bus routes.
