On-Campus Housing
Brock University’s accommodates 2,500 students in 7 different residence buildings featuring traditional, semi-suite and townhouse style buildings. Residence is guaranteed to incoming Year 1 full-time students who are coming from high school or from out of province provided we receive the residence application and application fee no later than the advertised deadlines. We also guarantee residence to students transferring from a post-secondary institution, who meet the certain conditions. Traditional style residence consists of single or double rooms with communal washrooms and mandatory meal plans. Semi-suite style residences consist of single or double rooms with semi-private washrooms and mandatory meal plans. Traditional and semi-suite residences have common lounges and common study rooms.Townhouse style buildings include 3- bedrooms, a shared washroom, communal kitchen and shared living spaces. Meal plans are not mandatory but can be purchased if desired. Amenities for all residences include:

- Local telephone services in shared lounges or living rooms
