First year students are guaranteed a room in residence provided they complete the necessary application by the deadline. Traditional style accommodations are available in single or double rooms. Suite style rooms feature 2-4 people in private or open bedrooms with a shared washroom and shared kitchenette. Studio apartments feature an open concept with a single or double occupancy and a washroom and kitchenette. Apartment style rooms consist of 2-4 bedroom units with shared washroom, kitchen and common area.
